OPPO 125W flash charging, 65W AirVOOC and 50W mini SuperVOOC charger unveiled

OPPO has take wraps off its latest 125W Flash Charging technology, 65W AirVOOC Wireless Flash Charging and 50W mini SuperVOOC portable charger.

Oppo 125W Flash Charging

To start of, Oppo 125W Flash charging (20V-6.25A) can fully charge a 4000mAh battery in just about 20 minutes (0 to 100%). It can charge about 41% in just about 5 minutes and 50% in just 7 minutes.

The bottom part of charger comes with cooling fan which reduces temperature by up to 2 degrees C. Technically, 125W Flash Charging operates at same level as wired 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 and uses two coils which are charged simultaneously.

The 125W Flash Charging from Oppo features in advanced encryption algorithm and 14 temperature sensor for stricture thermal control. The algorithm ensures that mobile temperatures does not exceed 40℃ during charging.

It uses USB Type-C to Type-C wire and uses fuse over-voltage protection measure. To further enhance safety, there is a 128-bith high-strength encryption algorithm. The 125W fast charging tech is still in early stages as no Oppo Smartphones have been released which support it.

65W AirVOOC wireless flash charging

To obtain a higher wireless efficiency, the 65W AirVOOC wireless charging uses self-developed isolated charge pump technology and parallel dual-coil design.

The tech offers 5-fold safety protection measures including foreign object detection. It also complies with Qi Standards and can charge 4000mAh battery in just about 40 minutes.

The 65W AirVOOC Wireless flash charge concept leverages sculpted glass made with moldless rapid prototyping technology. The bottom part of charger features in a semiconductor cooler for thermal efficiency.

50W mini SuperVOOC charger

Oppo has also unveiled its new 50W mini SuperVOOC Charger. It has length of 82.2mm, width of 39mm, thickness of 10.05 mm and weighs about 60 grams.

Thanks to its small form factor, the 50W mini SuperVOOC charger is easy to carry. It is made using multi-radian curve processing and is also compatible with mainstream charging protocols like 27W PD and 50W PPS.

It has pulse charging and delivers higher and efficient power conversion by removing conventional electrolytic capacitor. It has avaiation-grade high power clamping diodes and leverages GaN high frequency switching power supply technology.

Oppo 110W mini flash charger

It has a compact form factor for 35.76 cm³ which is similar to a normal 18W charger. It uses dual-level architecture for efficient power conversion and temperature control.
