Oppo A3 with Helio P60 announced – Specs, Price

Oppo has officially announced its latest mid-range smartphone in China called OPPO A3. It comes with face unlock that quickly unlocks the phone in less than 0.08 seconds.
The handset measures 156 x 75.3 x 7.8 mm and weighs 159 grams. It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with Color OS 5.0. It has multi-layered metallic glass back with triangular cut patterns which give diamond like refraction.
The Oppo A3 specs include 6.2-inch LTPS display with 2280 x 1080 pixels resolution, 19:9 aspect ratio and multi-touch capabilities. The device boasts 88% screen-to-body ratio and 405ppi pixel density.
The phone features in octa-core (2GHz A73 x 4 + 2GHz A53 x 4) MediaTek Helio P60 12nm SoC with Mali-G72 MP3 800MHz GPU. It has 4GB RAM, 128GB internal storage and allows further expansion up to 256GB using MicroSD card.
The Oppo A3 features in 8MP front camera with F/1.8 Aperture and 16MP rear Auto Focus shooter with LED Flash and F/2.2 Aperture. The hardware is powered by 3400 mAh (typical) / 3300 mAh (minimum) battery.
Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V4.2, GPS, MicroUSB, 3.5mm Audio Jack etc.
The Oppo A3 price in China is set for a limited time at 1999 Yuan (US$ 315 / Rs. 21,000 approx.). It will be increased to 2099 Yuan in future. The mobile comes in Silver, Black, Rose Gold and Red colors and is already up for sale in China.
