After releasing A58 last month, OPPO has officially announced a new 5G budget smartphone in China called OPPO A58x (PHJ110).

The mobile sports a 6.56-inch LCD display that offers 1612 x 720 pixels resolution, 60/90Hz refresh rate, 90Hz touch sampling rate, 269ppi pixel density, 480nits (typ) / 600nits (sunlight) brightness, 960% NTSC / 100% DCI-P3 (VIVID mode) / 72% NTSC / 100% sRGB (Soft Mode) and 89.8% screen-to-body ratio.
The phone measures 163.8 x 75.1 x 7.99 mm and weighs 186 grams. It has side mounted fingerprint sensor and is powered by 5000mAh battery. The device supports 33W SuperVOOC fast charging speeds.
The smartphone packs in octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. It has 6GB/8GB LPDDR4X RAM with 128GB UFS 2.2 storage space. It has microSD card supporting up to 1TB expansion.
The Oppo A58x 5G specs include 8MP front camera with F/2.0 Aperture. At the back side are dual cameras with include 13MP (main, F/2.2) and 2MP (portrait, F/2.4) lenses along with LED Flash.
The device runs on Android 12 based ColorOS 12.1 It has support for 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band 2.4/5GHz, Bluetooth V5.3, USB Type-C, GPS/GLONASS and 3.5mm audio jack.
OPPO A58x price
The 6GB/128GB variant is priced at 1200 Yuan ($172 / Rs. 14,250 approx.) and comes in Sea Blue, Breeze Purple and Starry Sky black colors. The 8GB/128GB variant will go on sale at a later date while the 6GB model is up for order in China.
