Oppo has silently launched its latest smartphone in China called A7X. It has dual SIM support with 4G VoLTE and run on ColorOS 5.2 (based on Android 8.1 Oreo) out of the box.
It has 6.3-inch 2.5D curved glass water drop display with 2280 x 1080 pixels full HD+ resolution, 19:9 aspect ratio and multi-touch support. Company is boasting to have 90.8% screen-to-body ratio.
The Oppo A7X specs include octa-core (2GHz A73 x 4 + 2GHz A53 x 4) MediaTek Helio P60 processor with ARM Mali-G72 MP3 GPU. The chipset is paired with 4GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage space.
In terms of of optics, it has 16MP front facing shooter for selfies with AI features. At the back side is 16MP + 8MP dual rear cameras with LED flash and AI scene detection. It can differentiate between 5 different scenes using face recognition on rear camera
It has a large 4230 mAh battery which will surely last you more than a day. Usual connectivity options like Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V4.2, GPS are supported. In terms of measurements, the A7x has dimensions of 156.7 x 74 x 7.99 mm and has weight of 169 grams.
The Oppo A7X price is set at 2099 Yuan (US$ 305 / Rs. 22,000 approx.) and comes in two colors options – Star Purple and Ice Flame Blue. The smartphone comes bundled with MH133 headphones. The mobile will go on sale in China from September 14th and is already up for order.
