Oppo has officially launched its F9 smartphone in Philippines. The same is also slated to launch in India with moniker F9 Pro.
The handset is 7.99 mm thick, comes with Dual Nano SIM slots and a rear facing fingerprint sensor. It has 6.3-inch WaterDrop display with a small notch that houses 25MP selfie camera with AI capabilities.
Inside is an octa-core MediaTek Helio P60 SoC and offers options of 4GB / 6GB RAM (market dependent). It’s 64GB internal storage expandable using MicroSD card. A 3500 mAh battery powers the hardware which also supports VOOC fast charging. Company claims that 5 minutes of charging offers about 2 hours of usage.
The Oppo F9 specs also include an impressive 25MP AI selfie camera which comes with HDR sensor hardware. It can capture beautiful pictures even in low light conditions. At the back side is 16MP + 2MP dual cameras with F/1.85 aperture. It can capture depth of field effects and offers scene and object recognition.

Oppo F9 price and availability

The price of Oppo F9 in Thailand is THB 10,990 (US$ 330 approx.). The F9 costs VND 7,990,000 (US$ 340 approx.) Vietnam for 4GB RAM model. Pre-orders will start in Vietnam from today and will be released on August 24th. The Mobile comes in Sunrise Red, Starry Purple and Twilight Blue colors.
