Oppo expands its A Series lineup with the launch of new mobile called Oppo A54. It comes with IPX4 splash resistant rating and sports a fingerprint sensor at side.
The Oppo A54 has measurements of 163.6 x 75.7 x 8.4 mm and weighs 192 grams. It has 5000mAh (typical) / 4890mAh (minimum) battery inside with 18W fast charging support. It is claimed to offer up to 41 hours of music or 19.9 hours of video streaming.
The A54 sports a 6.51-inch display with 1600 x 720 pixels resolution, 19:9 aspect ratio, 60Hz refresh rate, 120Hz touch sampling rate, 480nits (typ) / 550nits (typ in sunlight) brightness and multi-touch support. The handset also boasts 89.2% screen-to-body ratio.
Powering inside is 2.3GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 processor with IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU. It has 4GB / 6GB LPDDR4X RAM options and 64GB / 128GB (eMMC 5.1) storage variants. It has MicroSD card support for further expansion as well.
The Oppo A54 specs include 16MP front camera with F/2.0 Aperture. At the back side are tipple cameras which include 13MP main with F/2.2 Aperture, 2MP macro with F/2.4 Aperture and 2MP depth camera with F/2.4 Aperture. LED Flash is also present.
The device runs on Android 10 based ColorOS 7.2. It has dual Nano SIM slots with Dual 4G VoLTE. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.0, USB Type-C, GPS/GLONASS and 3.5mm audio jack.
The Oppo 54 colour options include Crystal Black, Moonlight Gold and Starry Blue shades. It will go on sale online at Flipkart and at offline stores starting April 20th.
