Oppo Reno surfaces with specifications, release date confirmed [updated]

Just few days back, a smartphone bearing model number Oppo OP46C3 surfaced at AnTuTu with premium specifications. Today, a mobile called Oppo Reno surfaced at Weibo with its key specifications, which are similar to OP46C3.
Reno is believed to be sub-brand of Oppo or just maybe, it is a new series from the company. Oppo has already setup a landing page at its official site which confirms the Reno.
According to the specs sheet of Oppo Reno, it has an octa-core Snapdragon 855 Mobile Platform with Adreno 640 GPU. The chipset will be paired with 8GB of RAM and come in options of 128GB and 256GB storage.
The leaked info also reveals presence of 48MP primary rear camera with 10X Zoom support. A 4065 mAh battery will power the hardware. It will support NFC and includes USB Type-C port. The handset runs on Android 9.0 Pie based Color OS 6.
Oppo Reno landing page confirms that the device will be unveiled on April 10, 2019. This is the same date mentioned in leaked specs sheet giving a slight bit of authenticity.
