OPPO along with Reno5 5G handset, has also unveiled another Reno Series device called Reno5 Pro 5G.
The Oppo Reno5 Pro 5G is a dual SIM mobile with 5G SA/NSA and Dual 4G VoLTE support. It is powered by Android 11 based ColorOS 11 and houses an in-display fingerprint sensor.
The smartphone itself measures 159.7 x 73.2 x 7.6 mm and weighs 173 grams. It has 4350 mAh battery inside and supports 65W Super Flash Charge (SuperVOOC 2.0) Fast charging.
The Reno5 Pro 5G specs include 6.55-inch multi-touch 3D OLED display with 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio and 90Hz refresh rate.
The smartphone gets processing power from octa-core (2.6GHz A77 x 4 + 2GHz A55 x 4) MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ processor with Mali-G77 MC9 GPU.
There are two variants of Reno5 Pro 5G, one with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM with 128GB UFS 2.1 storage space and 12GB LPDDR4X RAM with 256GB UFS 2.1 storage.
The Oppo Reno5 Pro 5G features in 32MP front camera with F/2.4 Aperture. At the back side, it has 64MP main camera with F/1.7 Aperture, 8MP Ultra-wide camera with 119-degree lens and F/2.2 Aperture, 2MP Macro lens and 2MP Mono portrait lens with F/2.4 Aperture.
In terms of connectivity, there is support for Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.1, USB Type-C, GPS/GLONASS/Beidou, NFC and USB Type-C audio.
The Oppo Reno 5 Pro 5G price for 8GB/128GB model is 3399 Yuan ($520 / Rs. 38,300 approx.) while its 12GB/256GB variant has price-tag of 3799 Yuan ($580 / Rs. 42,750 approx.). The handset comes in Glitter Blue, Aurora Blue, Star Red and Midnight Black colors. It will go on sale in China from December 18th and is already up for order.
