Panasonic Eluga I3 Mega with 5.5-inch HD display, 3GB RAM launched in India

Panasonic has introduced its latest Eluga Series smartphone in India called Eluga I3 Mega. It is successor to Eluga I3 and comes with improved specifications.
Starting with dimensions, the mobile phone measures 154.6 x 77 x 9.4 mm, weighs about 180 grams and has metal body. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS, comes with Dual SIM (Micro + Nano)  and supports 4G VoLTE in the country.
The Panasonic Eluga I3 Mega specs include 5.5-Inch IPS LCD 2.5D curved glass display with 1280 x 720 pixels HD resolution and supports multi-touch as well. Internal hardware makes up of 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735 processor  with ARM Mali-T720 GPU.
Panasonic Eluga I3 Mega image -2The chipset is backed by 3GB RAM, 16GB internal memory and allows further expansion up to 128GB as well using MicroSD card. Powering the hardware is a 4000 mAh battery.
Talking about camera, it has 5MP front facing snapper for selfies and 13MP rear camera with LED flash, Auto Focus, 5P lens, 1.12µm pixel size and 8-dgree wide-angle lens. The mobile has accelerometer, proximity and Ambient light sensors as well.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.0, MicroUSB V2.0, GPS, FM Radio, 3.5mm Audio jack etc. It has Android-For-Work security that provides better data protection.
The Panasonic Eluga I3 Mega is priced at Rs. 11,490 ($177 approx.) and comes in Silver and Champagne Gold color options.
