Pebble has introduced its latest smartwatch called the Pebble 2 and Pebble Time 2 along with Pebble Core Fitness tracker. Smartwatch maker has again used its KickStarter platform to get backers, where company has managed to impress the most.

The Pebble 2 and Pebble Time 2 comes with heart-rate sensor on the back, a lacking feature in its predecessors. They are light weight, comes with built-in activity and sleep tracker and houses microphone as well. Its adaptive goal and scheduling function will ensure that users don’t get de-motivated. It also comes with health app and mobile graphs to show statistics.
Both of these smart watch are water resistant up to 30 meters. The Pebble 2 is said to give about 7 days of battery life while its Pebble Time 2 can live up to 10 days on full charge. The former houses a bigger e-Ink display and comes with Corning Gorilla Glass protection. The latter sports a 50-percent larger colour e-paper screen.
Both of them are compatible with Android and iOS and allows users to take voice notes and SMS replies quickly (simply press “talk”). They allow music control just with a touch of a button are highly customizable with 13,000 applications and watchfaces.
Company’s newly announced Pebble core is a tiny square clip-on fitness tracking box that comes with magnetic clip. It can easily be attached to cloths or keychains and features a built-in GPS tracker. It has 4GB of internal storage space and supports 3.5mm Audio Jack or Bluetooth wireless headphones.The Pebble Core can also stream Spotify playlists via Wi-Fi or 3G. Users can uses Pebble app to synchronize Spotify Premium music directly on the core.
The Pebble 2 pricing starts from US$ 109 on Kickstarter and will retail for US$ 129. It comes in five colour option of Flame, Aqua, Black, White and Lime. The Pebble Time 2 costs US$ 179 on Kickstarter (US$ 199 retail) and comes in Silver, Gold and Black colours. The Pebble core will retail for US$ 99 and its early adopters can get it for US$ 79.
