Philips X596 with 4000mAh battery announced

The Philips X596, which was spotted at TENAA last month has been officially announced in China. It runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS.
Starting with the measurements, it goes at 156.4 x 77.4 x 8.35 mm and has weight of 177.8 grams. It has aviation grade alloy material chassis, coupled with a fingerprint sensor at the back side.
The Philips X596 specs include 5.5-inch 2.5D glass display with 1080p resolution. It has an octa-core Snapdragon 435 SoC, 4GB RAM and 32GB / 64GB storage options.
It has 16MP selfie camera and 16MP main camera at the back with LED Flash. It is powered by 4000 mAh battery capacity and supports 9V/2A fast charging as well.

The Philips X596 price starts at 1299 Yuan (US$ 195 / Rs. 12,700 approx.) for 4GB RAM / 32GB storage model. The 4GB RAM / 64GB storage variant costs 1499 Yuan (US$ 225 / Rs. 14,600 approx.). It is currently up for pre-order at JD.com and will start shipping from November 5th.
