POCO has just launched a new smartphone in India called POCO X3. It is successor to POCO X2 and comes with mid-range price-tag. Notably, it is slightly different from POCO X3 NFC model which was introduced earlier this month.
The POCO X3 feature in a 6.67-inch LCD HDR10 display with 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio, boasts up to 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate. It has Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection for added scratch resistance.
The mobile helms a 3.8mm punch hole inside the screen, which houses a 20MP selfie camera with F/2.2 Aperture. At the back side are quadruple cameras which includes 64MP (main, 1/1.17″ Sony IMX682 sensor, F/1.89) + 13MP (119° ultra-wide, F/2.2, 1.12um) + 2MP (depth, F/2.4) + 2MP (macro, 4cm focus, F/2.4, 1.75um) shooters. It has LED flash for low light photos.
The POCO X3 specs includes octa-core Snapdragon 732G mobile platform with Adreno 618 GPU. It comes in options of 6GB LPDDR4X RAM with 64GB / 128GB UFS 2.1 storage space and 8GB LPDDR4X RAM with 128GB UFS 2.1 ROM. The handset also supports MicroSD card up to 256GB.
The smartphone runs on Android 10 with latest MIUI 12 on top. It has Dual SIM slots with Dual 4G VoLTE. The cellphone is also IP53 rated for splash resistance. Biometrics are handled by a side mounted fingerprint sensor and IR Sensor. It has Liquid Cooling Technology plus which keeps temperature in check.
Other specifications of POCO X3 include 6000mAh battery capacity with 33W fast charging support. The mobile houses stereo speakers with Hi-Res Audio, aptX HD and 3.5mm headphone jack. Other connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz) 2×2 MIMO, Bluetooth V5.0, USB Type-C and GPS/GLONASS/Beidou.

The POCO X3 colors include Cobalt Blue and Shadow Gray shades. The handset will sell online at Flipkart starting September 29th. Company is offering an anti-bacterial case and screen protector as in-the-box accessory.
