Realme has officially launched its new Realme 9i smartphone in India. It comes in Prism Blue and Prism Black colors.
Realme 9i specifications and features
It is a dual SIM smartphone with dual 4G VoLTE support. It runs on Android 11 based Realme UI 2.0 and is upgradable to Android 12 based Realme UI 3.0 in future.
The Realme 9i specs include 6.6-inch LCD display that offers 2412 x 1080 pixels resolution, 5-level of refresh rate (30Hz / 48Hz / 50Hz / 60Hz / 90Hz), 180Hz touch sampling rate, 401ppi pixel density and 480nits (typical) brightness. It has slim bezels and boasts 90.8% screen-to-body ratio.
Powering inside 9i is an octa-core Snapdragon 680 mobile platform with Adreno 610 GPU. It has 4GB / 6GB LPDDR4X RAM options. Depending on model, it comes with 64Gb / 128GB UFS 2.1 storage space. These models have dedicated microSD card slot for further expansion up to 1TB. The top end version comes with 5GB virtual RAM (6+5=11GB total).
The smartphone has dimensions of 164.4 x 75.7 x 8.4 mm and weighs just about 190 grams. It comes with a 5000mAh (typical) / 4880mAh (minimum) battery capacity and supports 33W fast charging.
The Realme 9i feature an in-display 16MP selfie camera with F/2.1 Aperture, 5P lens and up to 1080p video recording. At the back side is a combination of 50MP (main, F/1.8, 5P lens, PDAF), 2MP (4cm macro, F/2.4) and 2MP (B&W, F/2.4) cameras and LED Flash.
The mobile houses a in-display mounted fingerprint sensor for security. It has stereo spacers and supports connectivity options like Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.0, USB Type-C, GPS/GLONASS/Beidou and 3.5mm audio jack.

The Realme 9i smartphone will go on sale in India from January 22nd (early sale). It will officially land at Flipkart, Realme.com and Offline stores starting January 25th. ICICI Bank Credit / Debit card holders can avail up to 10% discount and Credit card EMI options.
