Realme X50 Pro 5G launch event scheduled on February 24 at MWC 2020, packs in SD865, up to 12GB RAM

Realme has officially scheduled an event of February 24th where it will announce its upcoming flagship smartphone, the Realme X50 Pro 5G. It is company’s first launch event held at Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona. Company has already released a teaser, confirming the dates.

The launch date teaser of Realme X50 Pro 5G also hints to a dual selfie camera setup. These will be placed inside a punch hole at top left corner of the screen.

The handset carries model number RMX2071. Another leaked screen shot confirms several key details of this mobile. For starters, it will be powered by octa-core Snapdragon 865 Mobile Platform and will have up to 12GB RAM.

The X50 Pro 5G will have up to 256GB UFS 3.0 storage space. It will boot on Android 10 with Realme UI V1.0 on top. It will have Dual SIM support with 5G and Dual 4G VoLTE. Also confirmed is a display with 2400 x1080 pixels resolution at 20:9 aspect ratio.

The launch event will start at MWC at 10AM CEST (1.30PM IST). More details will surface in coming weeks.
