The Redmi 10 smartphone is finally official in India. It is different from the Global variant that went official last year.

The mobile comes in dimensions of 169.59 x 76.56 x 9.13 mm and weighs just about 203 grams. It has rear facing fingerprint sensor that provides added security.
The Redmi 10 runs with MIUI 13 which is based on Android 11. It has a 6000mAh (typical) battery capacity and allows 18W fast charging. There are dual Nano SIM slots that bring support for dual 4G VoLTE.
The phone sports a 6.71-inch LCD display that gives 1600 x 720 pixels resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio and sports Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Powering inside is an octa-core Snapdragon 680 mobile platform with Adreno 610 GPU.
The Redmi 10 has two options – 4GB LPDDR4X RAM with 64GB UFS 2.2 storage and 6GB LPDDR4X RAM with 128GB UFS 2.2 storage. The smartphone does support MicroSD card up to 1TB.
The Indian variant of Redmi 10 feature in 50MP (main, F/1.8) and 2MP (depth, F/2.4) dual cameras at back with LED Flash. At the front side is a 5MP selfie camera.
For connectivity, it has Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth v5.0, USB Type-C, GPS/GLONASS, USB Type-C, FM Radio and 3.5mm audio jack.

The mobile phone will go on sale in India from March 24th. It will sell at Flipkart, Mi.com, Mi Home Stores and other retail stores. HDFC Bank Credit card users can avail Rs. 1000 instant discount and EMI options.
