Xiaomi has confirmed that its Redmi 8 smartphone will launch in India on October 9, 2019. It is expected to have pocket-friendly pricing.
Last month, a Redmi phone with model number M1908C3IC got certified by TENAA. It belongs to the phone Redmi 8. The listing has already revealed key details.
According to Chinese certification, the handset is 9.4 mm thick and will support Dual SIM. It sports a 6.217-inch 2.5D glass display with HD+ resolution.
You can expect an octa-core processor with 2GB / 3GB / 4GB RAM with 16GB / 32GB / 64GB storage options. MicroSD card will be supported as well.
The Redmi 8 is also expected with an 8MP front camera and 12MP auto focus shooter at the back. It does come with a rear mounted fingerprint sensor and a 5000mAh battery.
