Xiaomi sub-brand Redmi has launched its latest AirDots S TWS earbuds in China. It has built-in Bluetooth V5.0 chip for speedy connectivity with smartphones and comes with new low-latency game mode.
The Redmi AirDots S automatically turn on when they are are removed from the casing. It offers both single and dual use and is not limited to single master-slave device. A single earbud use offers mono sound while binaural mode gives of stereo.
The Air Dots S features in 7.2mm sound-generating unit with larger speaker size and offers low frequency. Redmi has also included DSP intelligent environment noise reduction technology which removes external noise and ensures quality of calls.
The earbuds come in small / medium / large sizes and weighs only 4.1 grams. The earphones are freely adjustable and comfortable to wear, ensuring secure fit during different activities like running, punching or listening to music.
The battery inside gives about 4 hours of usage on single charge. With its charging / carry case, it gives cumulative use time of 12 hours talking. The buds also come with multi-function key to play / pause music or double click for accessing voice assistant or 3 clicks for gaming mode.
The Redmi AirDots S price is 99 Yuan (US$ 14 / Rs. 1070 / €13) approx and comes in Black color. It is already available in China and Mi.com. It should be out in global markets later this year.
