Xiaomi’s Redmi brand has been marketing Flagship Killer 2.0 for some time now. The handset in question is Redmi K20 (code name – DEMON KING) which will have premium specs.
Today, Redmi K20 has been confirmed to go official on May 28th at an event in Beijing, China. Xiaomi India VP Manu Jain has also confirmed that Flagship Killer 2.0 will launch in India soon after Chinese launch.
Some of the details confirmed about Redmi K20 is a popup selfie camera, which has been tested for 300,000 times. Thanks to the pop-up camera, the smartphone will have bezel-less / notch-less display.
The mobile will also get processing for latest Snapdragon 855 Mobile Platform with Adreno 640 GPU. The rear side will sport a 48MP primary shooter with SOny IMX586 sensor.
Along with it, the Redmi K20 is said to house 8MP telephone and 13MP ultra-wide angle shooters at the back. Popup moudle is believed to house 20MP shooter. The handset is also expected with 4000 mAh battery with 27W fast charging support.
Expect a 6.39-inch OLED screen with FHD+ resolution, 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage options. The device will run on Android 9.0 Pie with MIUI 10 on top.
All the specifications will be confirmed on May 28th, which is next Tuesday.
