Redmi M2003J15SC gets certified, TENAA reveals specs, photos [updated]

The Redmi smartphone is coming soon as Chinese certification authority TENAA has certified the handset with model M2003J15SC. The listing has revealed all the specifications and photos of the handset.

The Redmi Note 9 or Redmi 10x is a dual SIM smartphone with dual 4G VoLTE and boots on Android 10 with MIUI 11. It has fingerprint sensor at the back for fast and secure unlocking.

The phone has measurements of 162.3 x 77.2 x 8.9 mm and has weight of 198 grams. It has 6.5-inch multi-touch IPS display with 2340 x 1080 pixels resolution and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. It should have Corning Gorilla Glass protection as well.

The Redmi M2003J15SC cellphone is powered by 2GHz octa-core processor which could be MediaTeK Helio G80 SoC. It will come in options of 3GB / 4GB / 6GB RAM with 32GB / 64GB / 128GB storage variants. It will also support MicroSD card up to 512GB.

This upcoming Redmi phone houses quad rear cameras with primary one being 48MP shooter. While TENAA hasn’t revealed specs of other cameras, rumors point to 8MP (120-degree wide-angle) + 2MP (depth) + 2MP (macro) shooters. The selfies will be handled by 13MP front camera.

The Redmi M2003J15SC will feature a 4920mAh (minimum) battery capacity and includes fast charging support as well. Connectivity options will include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.0, GPS/GLONASS and USB Type-C.

The Redmi M2003J15SC colors options will include Black, Blue, Green, Red, Pink and White shades. Official launch is expected sometime in May.
