RedmiBook Pro 15″ and RedmiBook e-Learning Edition announced

Redmi has introduced its first laptops in India called RedmiBook 15 Pro and RedmiBook 15 e-Learning edition. These share several similarities and sports polycarbonate body with brushed metal look.

The RedmiBook Pro 15 and RedmiBook e-Learning Editions are powered by Windows 10 Home. They are upgradable to Windows 11 and comes with pre-installed MS Office Home and Student Edition 2019 respectively.

Both of these more or less measures 363.8 x 243.5 x 19.9 mm and weighs 1.8 kg. They feature full-size keyboard with scissor mechanism and 1.5mm key travel. These have 100cm² trackpad as well.

The RedmiBook Pro and RedmiBook e-Learning models have 15.6-inch display offering 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. They come with 46Wh battery which offers about 10 hours of battery life. These laptops support 65W fast charging. They can charge up to 50% in just 33 minutes and 80% in about 53 minutes.

The RedmiBook Pro feature in 3.4GHz Intel Core i5-1130H processor (up to 4.4GHz) and is paired with Intel Iris X-E Graphics. It has 8GB DDR4 RAM (3200MHz) and 512GB NVMe SSD storage.

The RedmiBook e-Learning Edition has 3GHz Intel Core i3-1115G4 (11th gen) processor (up to 4.1GHz) with Intel UHD Graphics. It has same 8GB DDR4 RAM but is offered with 256GB / 512GB storage options.

Both of these laptops support Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Dual Band (2.4/5Ghz), Bluetooth V5.0, Ethernet, SD card reader, USB 2.0, USB 3.2 Gen1 (x2) and HDMI. They have dual 2W speakers with DTS audio and 3.5mm headphone / mic jack as well.

The RedmiBook Pro 15 price is set at Rs. 49,999 while the RedmiBook E-Learning Edition price goes at Rs. 41,999 for 256GB storage variant and Rs. 44,999 for 512GB storage model. These come in Charcoal Grey colors.

Both of these laptops will go on sale from August 6th and will be available at Flipkart, Mi.com and Mi Home Stores. HDFC Bank card users can avail up to Rs.3500 discount on RedmiBook 15 Pro and Up to Rs. 2500 with RedmiBook 15 e-Learning edition. There are EMI options as well.
