Rockchip RK3288 phyCORE Industrial board goes official

The PhyCORE RK3288 has been officially released. It is the worlds only model to support Linux operating system and provides production-level support for BSP. It is also worlds first industrial core board based on Rockchip RK3288.
The PhyCORE RK3288 features in up to 1.8GHz quad-core cortex-A17 cores that provide advanced processing capabilities with low power consumption.
It integrates Mali-T764 GPU with 16 shaders that delivers 2D / 3D console-grade effect of game. It also supports 4K H.256 hardware codec VPU and image enhancement processor (IEP) for optimum video experience.
This Industrial core board can operate in tempratures ranging from -40°C to +85°C. It allows maximum 4GB DDR3, 32GB eMMC and optional EEPROM and NORFLASH protection systems. It measures only 45 mm x 42 mm.

The PhyCORE RK3288 has built-in stable PMIC and Ethernet PHY and sports simplified backplane circuit design. It has 240pins supporting dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, camera, LCD and 4K HDMI 2.0 interfaces. It has Samtec connectors with IP Features and vibration resistant capabilities.
It is highly suitable for use in high-demand applications such and point-of-sale terminals, digital signage, game consoles, auto multimedia, hand-held terminals, industrial tablets etc.

The PhyCore RK3288 has FCC / CE production-grade reference circuit.  The Alpha-stage development kits will be available in Q3, 2016 and its mass quantities will be available in Q4, 2016.
