Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) with quad rear cameras, 8GB RAM launched in India

The Samsung Galaxy A9 2018 (SM-A920F) which was introduced in Malaysia last month has finally landed in India.
It has 6.3-inch Super AMOLED Infinity display with 2220 x 1080 pixels resolution and multi-touch support. The device is powered by octa-core (2.2GHz Kryo 260 x 4 + 1.8GHz Kryo 260 x 4) Snapdragon 660 Mobile Platform with Adreno 512 GPU.
The Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) specs include 6GB / 8GB RAM options with 128GB of internal memory. The device also supports further expansion up to 512GB using MicroSD card.
Main USP of this smartphone is its quad-rear cameras with LED flash. It consists of 24MP (F/1.7) + 10MP (wide-angle, F/2.4) + 8MP (120-degree ultra-wide angle, F/2.4) + 5MP (F/2.2, depth of field) snappers. For selfies, there is a 24MP shooter at the front.
The mobile has dimensions of 162.5 x 77 x 7.8 mm and weighs 183 grams. It has Dual Nano SIM slots and MicroSD card slot. There is a rear facing fingerprint sensor as well. The cell phone houses a decent 3800 mAh battery with adaptive fast charging.
Connectivity wise, its supports 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual band (2.4/5Ghz), VHT80, GPS/GLONASS, Bluetooth V5.0 and optional NFC.
The Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) SM-A920F price in India starts at Rs. 36,990 for 6GB RAM variant and goes up to Rs. 39,990 for 8GB RAM model. It comes in Bubblegum Pink, Caviar Black and Lemonade Blue colors. You can order Galaxy A9 2018 at Flipkart, Amazon.in, Samsung Online Shop and Airtel Online stores starting today. It will go on sale in India from November 28th.
