Samsung Galaxy C5 metal body phone with 4GB RAM announced

Samsung, as promised earlier, has just announced its latest mobile phone as  under its C Series dubbed as the Galaxy C5 (SM-C5000). The specifications of the phone were already leaked via TENAA listing.
It has metal body with dimensions of 145.9 x 72 x 6.7 mm and 143 grams weight.
The phone houses hybrid dual SIM slots (nano SIM + nano SIM / MicroSD) and runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS out of the box. It also houses fingerprint sensor on the home button for added security.
The Samsung Galaxy C5 specs include 5.2-Inch Super AMOLED display with 1920 x 1080 pixels full HD resolution, supports multi-touch and gets processing power from Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 Octa Core (1.5GHz x 4 + 1.2GHz x 4) processor with Adreno 405 GPU.

The mobile houses 4GB RAM and comes in 32GB and 64GB storage variants. MicroSD cards up to 128GB are also supported. Inside is 2600 mAh battery that gives about 273 hours of standby time.
It has 8MP front facing camera with F/1.9 Aperture. On the back is a powerful 16MP snapper with F/1.9 Aperture, dual-tone LED Flash, Auto Focus and 1080p video recording capabilities.

The phone also supports 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4 / 5 GHz), Bluetooth V4.2, MicroUSB V2.0, GPS / GLONASS/ Beidou, NFC, 3.5mm Audio Jack etc. It also has Accelration Sensor, Geomagnetic sensor, hall sensor, proximity sensor and RGB & light sensors inside.
The Samsung Galaxy C5 (SM-C5000) is priced 2199 Yuan (US$ 335) for 32GB variant and 2399 Yuan (US$ 365) for 64GB storage model. It comes in Grey, Silver, Pink Gold and Gold colour options. It is already up for pre-order in Chinese markets.
