Samsung Galaxy F12 with Exynos 850 SoC, 6000mAh battery announced

Samsung along with Galaxy F02s smartphone, has also unveiled another handset in India called Galaxy F12. The phone comes with premium finishing and smooth curves for comfortable grip.

The Samsung Galaxy F12 has dimensions of 164 x 75.9 x 9.7 mm and weighs 221 grams. It has side mounted fingerprint sensor and is powered by Android 11 with OneUI 3.1.

The mobile boasts a 6.5-inch Infinity-V display offering 1600 x 720 pixels resolution at 20:9 aspect ratio, 90Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass protection on top.

Pumping inside Galaxy F12 is an octa-core Exynos 850 processor with Mali-G52 GPU. It has 4GB RAM and comes in 64GB and 128GB built-in storage options. The handset also sports a dedicated MicroSD card slot for further expansion up to 1TB.

The Galaxy F12 specs include 6000mAh battery with 15W adaptive fast charging support. It has 8MP front camera with F/2.2 Aperture. At the back side are quad-cameras with LED Flash. It includes 48MP (main, ISOCELL GM2 sensor, F/2.0) + 5MP (ultra-wide, F/2.2) + 2MP (depth, F/2.4) + 2MP (macro, F/2.4) shooters.

Connectivity options include Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V5.0, USB Type-C, GPS/GLONASS, FM Radio and 3.5mm Audio jack. Dolby atmos is also supported.

The Galaxy F12 64GB storage variant is priced at Rs. 10,999 while its 128GB storage model costs Rs. 11,999. It comes in Sea Green, Sky Blue and Celestial Black colors. It will go on sale at Flipkart, Samsung.com and retail stores from April 12th. ICICI back credit card users can avail Rs. 1000 instant cash back and EMI options.
