The phone houses a 6.6-inch Infinity-U LCD display with 2408 x 1080 pixels resolution FHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection on top.
Under the hood is an octa-core Snapdragon 750G mobile platform with Adreno 619 GPU. It comes in options of 4GB/6GB RAM and has 128GB built-in storage space. It allows further expansion up to 1TB using MicroSD card.
The Samsung Galaxy F23 5G specs include 50MP (primary, F/1.8), 8MP (123-degree ultra-wide, F/2.2) and 2MP (depth, F/2.4) and 2MP (macro, F/2.4) Triple cameras with LED flash. At the front side is an 8MP (F/2.2) shooter.

The mobile runs on Android 12 with OneUI 4.1 on top. It has 5000mAh battery capacity and brings support for 25W fast charging. Connectivity features include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5Ghz), Bluetooth V5.0, USB Type-C and GPS/GLONASS.
