Samsung’s latest fitness band called Galaxy Fit2 has officially made its way in India. It comes with both 5ATM (up to 50meters) and IP68 water resistance rating.
The Galaxy Fit2 has dimensions of 46.6 x 18.6 x 11.3 mm and weighs about 21 grams (including strap). Its strap is made of plastic and comes with advanced tracking features.
The smart fitness band from Samsung can automatically detect and track 5 activities. It has Photo plethysmography sensor provides insights of heart beats, calories burned and distance. It has Accelerometer and Gyroscope as well. The band also tracks sleep.
The Galaxy Fit2 features in a 1.1-inch AMOLED display with 294 x 126 pixels resolution and delivers 450nits brightness. It has 2MB RAM and 32MB ROM inside. It is powered by 159mAh battery which offers 15 to 21 days of usage.
The fitness band uses Bluetooth for seamless connectivity with smartphones. It is compatible with mobiles running on Android 5.0 or above (with atleast 1.5GB RAM) and iPhone 7 and above (iOS 10.0 or above).
The Samsung Galaxy Fit2 price in India is Rs. 3999 and is already available online at Amazon.in and select offline stores. It comes in Red and Black colors.
