Samsung Galaxy Folder 2 launched in South Korea

Samsung has introduced new Galaxy Folder 2 smart flip phone in South Korea. It was first introduced in China last year in September.
The mobile packs in 3.8-inch (800 x 480 pixels) display for easy viewing of texts, videos and photos. It comes with physical QWERTY keyboard for old-school typing.
The Galaxy Folder 2 is 15.4 mm thick, weighs about 160 grams and is powered by 1950 mAh battery inside. It offers about 318 hours of standby.
Samsung has confirmed that it will launch both 3G and LTE variants in the country. The flip phone gets processing power from 1.4GHz quad-core Snapdragon 425 SoC coupled with 2GB RAM.
It has 16GB ROM of which about 10.5GB is available for users. MicroSD card slot allows further expansion up to 256GB.
The Samsung Galaxy Folder 2 specs include 8MP primary Auto Focus camera at the back with F/1.9 Aperture, LED Flash and 1080p video recording support. On the front side is 5MP snapper with F/1.9 Aperture.
Samsung Galaxy Folder 2 color option -2This clamshell phone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. It comes with 15 special ring tones that focus on audible spectrum. Phone’s volume has further been enhanced to 13levels.
The handset is equipped with a dedicated ‘Social App Key’ for easy access to frequently used Social media applications.
The Galaxy Folder 2 is priced at KRW 297,000 that converts to $260. It comes in Black and Burgandy color options.
