UPDATE: Samsung has officially launched Galaxy J7 Duo in India. It is priced at Rs. 16,990 and comes in Black and Gold colors. It will be available at retail stores from tomorrow (April 12, 2018). Original article follows.
The Samsung Galaxy J7 Duo has been listed online at Samsung India official site. The listing has revealed all the specifications of the phone. The handset was previously believed to be called as Galaxy J7 (2018).
Apart from the specs, the listing has also revealed several photos of this smartphone. For starters, fingerprint sensor has been embedded at the front, just under home button. there are capacity buttons on the left and right side of home button.
At the top bezel is and 8MP front camera (with F1.9 Aperture), LED Flash, Sensor, headset speaker and Samsung Branding. Volume rockers are placed at the left edge while the power button is located on the right side. The back cover seems to be removable.
According to the listing, the Samsung Galaxy J7 Duo specs include 5.5-inch Super AMOLED display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. It is powered by 1.6GHz octa-core processor (probably Exynos 7885) coupled with 4GB RAM.
The cell phone measures 153.5 x 77.2 x 8.2 mm and weighs 174 grams. It is powered by 3000 mAh battery and runs on Android 8.0 Oreo OS. It has Accelerometer and proximity sensors inside.
Connectivity options like Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Dual Band 2.4/5GHz, Wi-Fi Direct, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V5.0, GPS/GLONASS/Beidou, MicroUSB V2.0 and 3.5mm Audio Jack are supported as well.
The Samsung Galaxy J7 Duo price was not revealed. The mobile comes in Black color and is expected to official on April 23, 2018. (Mentioned on the phone’s screen).
