Samsung Galaxy M02 with 5000mAh battery launched in India

Samsung has officially launched its new M Series smartphone in India called Galaxy M02. It is a slightly cut down variant of recently announced Galaxy M02s.

It comes with Dual SIM support and is powered by Android 10 with Samsung One UI. The phone has measurements of 164 x 75.9 x 9.1 mm and weighs 206 grams.

The Samsung Galaxy M02 features in 6.5-inch Infinity-V LCD display with 1560 x 720 pixels HD+ resolution, 19.5:9 aspect ratio and supports multi-touch.

The smartphone is powered by 1.5GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6739W processor with PowerVR Rogue GE8100 GPU. The mobile comes in 2GB and 3GB RAM options coupled with 32GB built-in storage space. It has MicroSD card support for further expansion up to 1TB.

The Galaxy M02 specs include 5000mAh battery. In terms of cameras, it has 5MP front snapper with F/2.0 Aperture while the back side houses 13MP (main, F/1.9) and 2MP (macro, F/2.4) cameras with LED Flash.

Connectivity options include Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V5.0, MicroUSB V2.0, GPS/GLONASS, FM Radio and 3.5m audio jack.

The Galaxy M02 2GB RAM variant is priced at Rs. 6999 however, it will initially sell at introductory price of Rs. 6799. The cell phone come sin Black, Gray, Blue and Red colors.

The mobile will go on sale at Amazon.in, Samsung.com/in and at offline stores from February 9th.
