Samsung has just announced its its latest Galaxy M Series smartphone in India called Galaxy M31s. It is a dual SIM mobile with Dual 4G VoLTE and boots on Android 10 with One UI 2.0 on top.
The smartphone comes with a fingerprint sensor placed at the side. It has glasstic back with gradient shade. It includes a huge 6000mAh battery with 25W fast charging support (chargeable using USB Type-C). It battery promises up to 51 hours of talk time or 27 hours of video playback or about 125 hours of music.
The Samsung Galaxy M31s specs include 6.5-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-O display with 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio and delivers 420nits brightness. It has corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection on top and boasts 91% screen-to-body ratio.
Under the hood is an octa-core (2.3GHz x 4 + 1.7Ghz x 4) Exynos 9611 10nm processor with mali-G72 MP3 GPU. It comes in options of 6GB / 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB UFS 2.1 storage space. There is a dedicated MicroSD card slot for further storage expansion.
The Galaxy M31s features in quad-camera setup at the back along with LED Flash (arranged in L shape). It includes 64MP (main, Sony IMX682 sensor, F/1.8) + 12MP (123-degree ultra-wide angle, F/2.2) + 5MP (Depth, F/2.2) + 5MP (macro, F/2.4) cameras. At the front side is 32MP selfie camera with Sony IMX616 sensor and F/2.0 Aperture.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual band (2.4/5Ghz), Bluetooth V5.0, GPS/GLONASS, USB Type-C, FM Radio and 3.5mm audio jack. There is support for Dolby Atmos as well.
The Samsung Galaxy M31s 6GB RAM variant price is Rs. 19,499 while its 8GB/128GB model costs Rs. 21,499. It will be available at Amazon.in from August 6th and comes in Mirage Black and Mirage Blue colors.
