Samsung Galaxy On Max launched in India for Rs. 16,990

Samsung has unveiled its latest Galaxy On series smartphone in India called Galaxy On Max. It has a premium looking uni-body metal design.
The phone has dimensions of 156.7 x 78.8 x 8.1 mm and weighs about 178 grams. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat OS and comes with Fingerprint sensor as well. It supports Samsung Pay Mini which is fast and secure. It allows one to pay instantly using UPI and mobile wallets.
The Galaxy On Max specs include a 5.7-inch display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. Under the hood is a 1.6GHz octa-core MediaTek P25 Lite SoC coupled with 4GB RAM.
Samsung Galaxy On Max image 02It has 32GB on-board storage space which is further expandable up to 256GB using MicroSD card. The cell phone comes with Dual SIM slots and supports 4G LTE in India. It can deliver Cat4 speeds.
The hardware is powered by 3300 mAh battery which is non removable. In terms of camera, there is a 13MP front camera with F/1.9 aperture and LED flash. On the back back side is another 13MP shooter with F/1.7 Aperture and LED flash.
Moreover, it has industries first Social Camera mode which allows one to ‘share on-the-go’. It has instant share and edit feature which allows users to share with a single click at pinned social media applications. Samsung has also included cool Indian themed stickers and Live filters to enhance overall experience.
Usual connectivity options like Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS, 3.5mm Audio Jack are supported. Additionally, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient Light sensor also makes way.
The Samsung Galaxy On Max is priced at Rs. 16,900 (US$ 262 approx.) and comes in Black and Gold color options. It will be available online exclusively at Flipkart.
