Samsung Galaxy S9 Lite (SM-8750) certified by TENAA, Specs and photo revealed [Updated]

A new bearing model number Samsung SM-8750 has received certification from Chinese authority. The smartphone is believed to be Galaxy S9 Lite smartphone.
Aesthetically speaking, it has sleek design. It has volume buttons and a dedicated Bixby button at the left edge while the power button is placed at the right side. A fingerprint sensor is placed at the back, just besides camera module. The mobile also supports iris recognition as well.
The Galaxy S9 Lite (SM-8750) has dimensions of 148.9 x 68.1 x 8.0 mm and weighs 155 grams. It has 5.8-inch Infinity Display with 2220 x 1080 pixels FHD+ resolution.
The handset is powered by octa-core (2.2GHz x 4 + 1.9GHz x 4) processor. Considering the clock speeds, it could very well be Snapdragon 660 SoC with Adreno 512 GPU.
The device is listed with 4GB RAM (LPDDR4X) with 64GB internal storage space, which should be expandable up to 256GB using MicroSD card. It runs on Android 8.0 Oreo OS.
The Samsung SM-8750 features in 8MP front facing camera for wide selfies coupled with 16MP primary auto focus camera the back with LED flash and at least 1080p video recording capabilities.
The Galaxy S9 Lite is certified with 3000 mAh battery and should support fast charging as well. Usual connectivity options like 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.0 LE, GPS/GLONASS, NFC etc should be supported.
According to the rumors, the cell phone is expected to be IP68 rated for water and dust resistance. There should by Hybrid Dual Nano SIM slots as well.
The Samsung Galaxy S9 Lite (SM-G8750) will come in Black color. Official announcement is to be expected soon.
