Samsung has announced its latest 4G tablet named the Galaxy Tab 10.1 A (2016). It has a special kids mode 4.0 that allows parents to setup specific applications for kids and limit their usage of tablet as well.

It has 10.1-Inch WUXGA TFT PLS display, boasting a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels at 16:10 aspect ratio. It is powered by 1.6GHz Octa Core Exynos 7870 processor and sports 2GB RAM.

This Android Tablet runs on 6.0 Marshmallow OS and houses 16GB of internal storage memory (about 9.2GB is user available), further expandable up to 200GB using MicroSD card.
The Galaxy Tab 10.1 A (2016) specs include 8MP primary camera on the back with LED Flash, F/1.9 Aperture, Auto Focus and 1080p video recording at 30 Fps. On the front is 2MP selfie camera with F/2.2 Aperture.

The Tablet has dimensions of 254.2 x 155.3 x 8.2 mm, weighs 525 grams and comes with a dedicated home button. It has a decent 7300 mAh battery as well. In terms of connectivity, it has 4G LTE / 3G HSPA+ (optional), Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Dual Band (2.4 / 5 GHz), Bluetooth v4.2, MicroUSB V2.0, GPS / GLONASS / Beidou etc.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 A (2016) is priced at 289 Euros (US$ 329) for the Wi-Fi only model. The 10.1 A (2016) LTE variant is priced at 349 Euros (US$ 397). It will go on sale in Germany and other European markets in June 2016.
