Samsung has officially launched Galaxy Tab A 7.0 (SM-T285) Android Tablet it India. It is the same tablet which was introduced few years back as Galaxy Tab A 2016.
Boasting outdated specs, the device is 4G LTE capable. It has 7-inch TFT LCD display with 1280 x 800 pixels WXGA resolution. It is powered by 1.5GHz quad-core processor and comes with 1.5GB RAM.
The Galaxy Tab A 7.0 specs include 8GB internal storage, which is further expandable up to 200GB using MicroSD card. It has 2MP front facing camera and 5MP rear shooter with Auto Focus support.
It also comes with parental control features and a special Kids Mode, allowing parted to restrict usage or app access.
The Tablet measures 186.9 x 108.8 x 8.7 mm and weighs 286 grams. It is powered by 4000 mAh battery. Usual connectivity options like Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.0, GPS/GLONASS and MicroUSB V2.0 is supported.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 7.0 (SM-T285) price in India goes at Rs. 9500 (US$ 150 approx.). It comes in White and Black colors and will be available in India from January 5th, 2018. You can also buy it at Amazon.in.
