Samsung has unveiled its latest budget tablet called Galaxy Tab A 8-inch (2019) (Model number – SM-T290). It is a budget tablet and excludes S-Pen.
The Galaxy Tab A 8″ 2019 has dimensions of 210 x 124.4 x 8 mm. The Wi-Fi variant weighs 345 grams while the LTE model is a tidbit heavier at 347 grams.
It does not include a home key on the front however, the Tablet sports a metallic design and packs in Dual Speakers for audio.
It is an Android Pie powered tablet with 8-inch TFT display and 1280 x 800 pixels resolution. Inside is 2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 429 processor with Adreno 504 GPU.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8-inch (2019) specs include 2GB RAM, 32GB ROM and MicroSD card support for further expansion up to 512GB.
There is an 8MP auto focus shooter at the back while the front side houses a 2MP camera. The tablet features in 5100 mAh battery along with sensors like Accelerometer and Light sensors.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) (SM-T290) price is 3,690,000 Vietnamese Dong which converts to roughly US$ 158 9or Rs. 10,860. It comes with Silver and Black colors and will be available in Vietnam from July 12, 2019. Samsung is also give 2-months free YouTube Premium subscription and 3 months of free Spotify Premium Subscription upon purchase of this tablet.
