Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 with Snapdragon 662 SoC, 3GB RAM launched in India

Samsung has launched a new mid-range tablet in India called Galaxy Tab A7. It was first unveiled earlier in September.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 comes with optional 4G LTE. It has dimension of 247.6 x 157.4 x 7.0 mm and weighs 476 grams for Wi-Fi model and 477 grams for LTE variant.

The Tablet features a 10.4-inch TFT display with 2000 x 1200 pixels WUXGA+ resolution. Pumping the hardware is an octa-core (2GHz Kryo 260 x 4 + 1.8Ghz Kryo 260 x 4) Snapdragon 662 processor with Adreno 610 GPU.

The Galaxy Tab A7 houses 3GB RAM, 32GB storage space and MicroSD card support for further expansion up to 1TB. It has 5MP front camera for video calling while the back side sports an 8MP shooter.

The power need to run the hardware is derived from 7040mAh battery. For audio, Samsung has included Quad-Speakers with Dolby Atmos. It has 3.5mm Audio jack as well.

The Galaxy Tab A7 is an Android 10 powered tablet. It supports Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Dual Band (2.4/5Ghz), Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth V5.0 LE, USB 2.0 TYpe-C and GPS/GLONASS.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 WiFi model price in India is Rs. 17,999 while the Galaxy Tab A7 LTE model costs Rs. 21999. It comes in Dark Gray, Gold and Silver colors. It will sell at Samsung.com, Amazon.in, Flipkart and select retail stores.
