Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 with 9.7-inch display, Snapdragon 820 SoC announced

Samsung has put an end to leaks and rumors and has officially announced Galaxy Tab S3. It has 9.7-inch Super AMOLED display with 2048 x 1536 pixels resolution.
Under the hood is a 2.15GHz quad-core Snapdragon 820 (64-bit) processor with Adreno 530 GPU. It has 4GB RAM, 32GB ROM and allows further expansion up to 256GB using MicroSD card.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 specs include 5MP front camera and 13MP main snapper on the back. It has 6000 mAh fast charging battery.
The tablet has dimensions of 2 37.3 x 169 x 6 mm and weighs 429 grams for Wi-Fi model and 434 grams for LTE variant. It is equipped with quad-stereo speakers tuned by AKG by HARMAN and comes with enhanced S Pen.
Samsung-Galaxy-Tab-S3-image-02It has book cover and keyboard cover that can be connected via magnetic connector, which is located at bottom of the tablet. The keyboard has 1.5mm stroke (key travel) with optimized keyboard pitch for better typing.
Connectivity options include optional 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz) MIMO, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth V4.2, GPS/GLONASS, USB 3.1 Type-C, etc.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 is priced at €679 (US$ 717) for the Wi-Fi model and €769 (US$ 812) for LTE variant. It comes in Silver and Black color options and will be released in coming weeks.
