Samsung has officially unveiled its latest 5G Tablet called Galaxy Tab S6 5G. It is 5G variant of Galaxy Tab S6 which went official last year.
This 5G Tablet shares similarities with 4G variant. It has dimensions of 244.5 x 159.5 x 5.7 mm and weighs 420 grams. It boots on Android 10 with One UI 2.0.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 5G features in 4 speakers which are tuned by AKG and includes Dolby Atmos. It comes with S Pen stylus which houses 0.35mAh battery. You also get an optical in-display fingerprint sensor.
The tablet specs include 10.5-inch Super AMOLED WQXGA display with 2560 x 1600 pixels resolution. At its core is an octa-core Snapdragon 855 SoC with Adreno 640 GPU.
It has 6GB RAM, 128GB ROM and allows further expansion up to 1TB using MicroSD card. A 7040mAh battery include and supports fast charging.
The Galaxy Tab S6 5G specs include 8MP front camera for video calling or selfies. At the back side is a dual camera setup of 13MP (main) and 5MP (123-degree ultra-wide-angle) shooters.
Apart from 5G (possible thanks to Qualcomm X50 5G modem), connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Dual band (2.4/5GHz) MIMO, Wi-Fi Direct, USB Type-C, GPS/GLONASS/Beidou/Galileo etc.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 5G price is 999,900 Korean Won (US$ 846 / Rs. 60,450 approx.) and comes in Mountain Gray color. It will go on sale in South Korea from January 30th.
