Samsung’s India wing has officially launched Galaxy F22 smartphone in India. It comes with a side mounted fingerprint sensor and supports Samsung Pay Mini.
The device itself measures 160 x 74 x 9.4 mm and weighs 203 grams. It has Android 11 OS pre-installed with OneUI 3.1 on top. Also included are dual Nano SIM slots with Dual 4G VoLTE.
The Samsung Galaxy F22 feature a 6.4-inch Infinity-U display which is a Super AMOLED panel. It offers 1600 x 720 pixels HD+ resolution at 20:9 aspect ratio and delivers 90Hz refresh rate. Its display has Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection on top.
Pumping inside is an octa-core MediaTek Helio G80 processor with ARM Mali-G52 2EEMC2 GPU. The smartphone is available in options of 4GB LPDDR4X RAM with 64GB eMMC 5.1 storage space and 6GB LPDDR4X RAM with 128GB eMMC 5.1 storage space. It has dedicated MicroSD card slot for further expansion up to 256GB.
The Galaxy F22 specs also include 13MP front camera with F/2.0 Aperture. At the back side, you get 48MP main with F/1.8 Aperture, 8MP ultra-wide sensor with F/2.2 Aperture, 2MP depth sensor with F/2.4 Aperture and 2MP fourth lens with F/2.4 Aperture.
Also included inside is a 6000mAh (typical) battery capacity which supports 25W fast charging. Sadly, Samsung has included a 15W charger inside the box. In terms of connectivity, mobile supports Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.0, USB Type-C, GPS/GLONASS/Beidou and 3.5mm audio jack. Dolby Atmos is also supported.

The Samsung Galaxy F22 colour options include Denim Black and Denim Blue shades. The cell phone will go on sale online at Flipkart from July 13th. Those who pre-order can avail Rs. 1000 discount.
