Samsung launches new Galaxy A12 in India powered by Exynos 850 SoC

Samsung had first launched Galaxy A12 in India back in February. It came with Helio P35 SoC. Now, company has launched all new Galaxy A12 in India which is powered by octa-core Exynos 850 processor with Mali-G52 GPU. Notably, its is basically rebranded version of Galaxy A12 Nacho which was unveiled in Russia few days back.

The new Samsung Galaxy A12 feature a 6.5-inch multi-touch Infinity-V LCD display and offers 1560 x 720 pixels resolution. It has options of 4GB RAM with 64GB storage and 6GB RAM with 128GB built-in storage space. It also includes MicroSD cad slot for further expansion up to 1TB.

The cellphone measures 164 x 75.8 x 8.8 mm and weighs 205 grams. It has side mounted fingerprint sensor and is powered by Android 11 with One UI Core 3.1. It has dual Nano SIM slots and supports dual 4G VoLTE.

The New Galaxy A12 feature an 8MP selfie camera with F/2.0 Aperture. At the back side includes 48MP (main, Samsung GM2 sensor, F/2.0) + 5MP (ultra-wide, F/2.2) + 2MP (depth, F/2.4) + 2MP (macro, F/2.4) cameras with LED flash.

Powering its hardware is a 5000mAh battery with 15W fast charging support. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V5.0, GPS/GLONASS, FM Radio and 3.5mm audio jack.

The new Galaxy 12 4GB/64GB model is priced at Rs. 13,999 while its 6GB/128GB variant costs Rs. 16,499. It comes in Black, White and Blue colors. The mobile is already available at company’s official site.
