Samsung Electronics America has finally launched its latest 2-in-1 convertible laptop called the Notebook 7 Spin. It was unveiled last month.
This 2-in-1 laptop is aimed at business users who require flexibility in their offices and yet portable like tablet. The notebook comes in 13.3-Inch and 15.6-inch models and runs on Windows 10 Pro OS out of the box.

The Samsung Notebook 7 Spin features 360-degree touch screen with wide viewing angles. The 13.3-Inch model is powered by 2.3GHz (up to 2.8GHz) Intel Core i5 processor 6200U with Intel HD Graphics 520 and has 500GB HDD. The 15.6-inch variant houses slightly powerful 2.5GHz (up to 3.1GHz) Core i7 6500U processor with NVIDIA GeForce 940MX GPU (2GB DDR3L graphic memory). It supports storage of up to 1TB + 128GB HDD + SSD.
Both the laptop models have 8GB DDR4 RAM (2133 MHz), web camera and includes 1.5W x 2 stereo speakers. They also have intel dual array digital mic and supports SoundAlive. talking about the ports, they have 1 x headphone out / mic-in combo, 1 x DC-in, 1 HDMI, 1 USB 3.0, 2 USB 2.0, 1USB-C etc. (larger model has additional 3-in-1 card reader).
The Notebook 7 spin comes with Backlit keyboard with clickpad (island-type keyboard). The 13.3-Inch model has dimensions of 323.4 x 227.7 x 19.8 mm, weighs 1.80Kg and has battery life of about 11.2 hours. The 15.6-Inch variant measures 374.5 x 256.9 x 19.8 mm, weighs 2.27 kg and gives about 8.7 hours of battery.
The Samsung Notebook 7 Spin 2-in-1 convertible laptop is available in US. “Local availability can be determined by calling 1-866-SAM-4BIZ or by visiting samsung.com/business” said Samsung. The 13.3-Inch size model is priced at $899 where as the larger 15.6-incher is priced higher at $1299.
