Samsung expands its Galaxy A series lineup with the launch of two new smartphones called Galaxy A54 5G and Galaxy A34 5G.
The A54 is offered in Awesome Graphite, Awesome Lime, Awesome White and Awesome Violet colors. The A34 comes in same color set but has Awesome Silver instead of white. Both of these will go on sale in March in select markets of South East Asia and Europe. It will land in India on March 16th.
Samsung Galaxy A54 5G
It is a 5G dual SIM smartphone with Hybrid Nano SIM slots and IP67 water and dust resistant rating. It has stereo speaker setup with Dolby Atmos. The phone measures 158.2 x 76.7 x 8.2 mm and weighs 202 grams.
The Galaxy A54 specs include 6.4-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-O display with HDR support. It has 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio, 120Hz refresh rate and an in-display fingerprint sensor.
Powering inside is an octa-core Exynos 1380 processor with Mali-G68 MP5 GPU. It has 6GB/8GB RAM options and 128GB/256GB storage options. MicroSD card up to 1TB are supported for further storage expansion.
The Samsung Galaxy A54 5G feature in a 32MP front camera with F/2.2 Aperture. At the back side is a combo of 50MP main (F/1.8, OI), 12MP ultra-wide (F/2.2) and 5MP depth (F/2.4) cameras and LED Flash.
The smartphone houses a 5000mAh (typical) battery and supports 25W fast charging. It has support for Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.2, USB Type-C, NFC, GPS/GLONASS and Type-C audio.

The mobile comes in dimensions of 161.3 x 78.1 x 8.2 mm and has weight of 199 grams. It has an in-display fingerprint sensor for biometrics. There are stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos as well.
The specs of Galaxy A34 5G include 6.6-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-U display with 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio and 120Hz refresh rate. It has octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 1080 processor with Mali-G68 MC4 GPU.
The handset is offered in 6GB/8GB RAM options and 128Gb/256GB storage variants. There is support for microSD card up to 1TB as well. (Hybrid Slots). Powering inside is a 5000mAh battery with 25W fast charging.
The Samsung Galaxy A34 5G comes with a 13MP selfie camera with F/2.2 Aperture. At its back are 48MP main (F/1.8, OIS), 8MP ultra-wide (F/2.2) and 5MP macro (F/2.4) lenses and LED flash.
The cell phone comes with IP67 water and dust resistant rating and USB type-C audio support. Connectivity options are more or less same at A54 model.
