Western Digital has officially launched its latest SanDisk Ultra 400GB microSDXC card in India. Currently, it is world’s highest capacity MicroSD card and was unveiled at IFA 2017 last year.
It has 100 MB/s read speed with read input-output access per second (IOPS) of 1500 and write IOPS of 500. This is achieved thanks to its Application Performance Class (A1) spec.
The MicroSD is also water proof, shock proof, x-ray proof and temperature proof. Western digital has leveraged its proprietary memory technology, design and production process to achieve 400GB storage by allowing more bits per die.
Company is claiming that 400GB MicroSDXC can store up to 10 hours of 1080p videos. Moreover, it also comes with SanDisk Memory Zone app that allows one to view / access / back up phone files in one location.
The SanDisk Ultra 400GB MicroSDXC UHS-I card price in India is set at Rs. 19,999 (MOP). It is available online at Flipkart with 10 Year limited warranty. You can also get it at Amazon.in for slightly higher price.
