Sennheiser CX 6.00BT wireless in-ear earbud and HD 820 headphones announced

Sennheiser took to CES 2018 where it announced its latest wireless in-ear earbuds called CX 6.00BT. Along with it, company also announced its new closed-back headphones called HD 820.
The Sennheiser CX 6.00BT carries price-tag of US$ 99 (Rs. 6,280 approx.) and will be available in January 2018 itself. The Sennheiser HD 820 carries a premium price-tag of $2,399.95 (Rs. 1,82,400 approx.) in US and €2,399 (Rs. 1,52,420 approx.) in European markets. It is already up for pre-order.

Sennheiser CX 6.00BT

The wireless in-ear ear buds has ultra-light 14 gram frame. It’s ear adapters come in four sizes (XS, S, M, L). The earbuds come with three button remote for easy access to music and calls.
The CX 6.00BT connects with most smart devices using Bluetooth V4.2 It deliver perfectly synced audio transmission with visuals all thanks to Qualcomm apt-X low latency.

It has Frequency response of 17-2100 Hz, total harmonic distortion and noise of – <0.5% (1kHz, 100dB), Sound pressure level (SPL) of 112dB (1kHz/0 dBFS) etc. It also integrates microphone for three way calling.
These wireless earbuds offer about 6 hours of battery life. Fast charging is also supported via USB. It is said to offer about 2 hours of listening with just 10 minutes of charging.

Sennheiser HD 820

It is a premium closed-back headphone equipped with innovative technology for breathtakingly transparent and natural sound. It has specially tuned symmetrical, impedance-matching silver-cladded OFC cables with low capacitance and and 4.4mm gold plug.

The HD 820 comes with Sennheiser Ring Radiator transducers that are fitted with unique glass covers. It has minimal resonance as the concave glass reflects the sound waves from rear of transducer to absorber.
It has soft comfortable microfiber ear pads that are hand crafted. It has robust metal headbands with inner damping elements.
