SHARP AQUOS S3 High Edition with SD660, 6GB RAM announced

Sharp AQUOS S3 which was first unveiled in March 2018 gets a new variant. Company has announced AQUOS S3 High Edition in Taiwan.
The mobile measures 148.2 x 74.2 x 7.98 mm and weighs 167.4 grams. It has rear facing fingerprint sensor, houses Hybrid Dual SIM slots and runs on Android 8.0 Oreo OS with Smile UX on top.
The phone features in 6-inch multi-touch display with 2160 x 1080 pixels resolution, 18:9 aspect ratio, 1500:1 contrast ratio, 135% RGB color gamut and 550nits brightness. It has 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass protection as well.
The Sharp AQUOS S3 High Edition specs include octa-core (2.2GHz Kryo 260 x 4 + 1.8GHz Kryo 260 x 4) Snapdragon 660 Mobile Platform with Adreno 512 GPU. It has 6GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB internal memory, which is further expandable up to 128GB using MicroSD card.
Sharp AQUOS S3 High Edition launch image -1The phone packs in 16MP selfie camera with F/2.0 Aperture. At the back side is dual camera setup with dual-tone LED Flash. The primary rear camera is a 12MP shooter with F/1.75 Aperture, 1.4µm pixel size,  wide angle lens and supports PDAF. The 13MP secondary rear camera houses telephoto lens.
The Sharp AQUOS S3 High Edition features in 3200 mAh (typical) / 3100 mAH (minimum) battery with Quick Charge 3.0 support. The variant also supports Qi Wireless charging.  Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.0, GPS/GLONASS, USB Type-C and NFC.

The Sharp AQUOS S3 High Edition price is set at NT$ 13,990 (US$ 570 / Rs. 31,570 approx.). It will go on sale in Taiwan from June 11th.
