Sharp Z3 with 5.7-inch QuadHD display launched in Taiwan

Sharp has launched a new smartphone in Taiwan called Sharp Z3. It is successor to Sharp Z2 that launched last year. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat OS out of the box.
The handset packs in Dual SIM slots (4G + 3G) with Dual Standby. It has 5.7-Inch display with 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution and delivers 520nits brightness. It has 2.5D Corning Glass protection as well.
The Sharp Z2 Specs include an octa-core (1.8GHz x 4 + 1.4GHz x 4) Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 (MSM8976) processor with Adreno 510 GPU.
Sharp Z3 image -6It has 4GB RAM and 64GB storage space. It is further expandable up to 128GB using MicroSD card.
The cell phone features in 16MP pixel master camera at the back. It has F/2.0 Aperture,  supports PDAF, OIS and Anti Shaking. On the front side is a 13MP selfie camera with F/1.8 Aperture, PDAF and 80.7-degree wide angle lens.
The handset measures 157.9 x 78.5 x 7.78 mm, weighs 185 grams and offers 24-bit HI-Fi audio output. It has physical home button and embeds a finger print sensor inside. Volume buttons are placed on the left side while SIM tray sits at the right.
The Sharp Z2 features in 3100 mAh non removable battery and supports 5V/2A fast charging as well. The mobile also includes ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, e-Compass, Gyroscope and Acceleration sensor.
Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V4.0, GPS/A-GPS/GLONASS etc.
The Sharp Z3 is priced at NT$ 13,990 (US$ 460 approx.) and comes in Champagne Gold color options. It will go on sale in Taiwan from April 15th. Sharp is also expected to announce Z3 for Chinese markets as well.
