Sony WH-XB900N wireless headphones with noise cancellation launched in India

Sony expands its Audio lineup in India with its latest noise cancelling wireless headphones called WH-XB900N.

It has dimensions of 9.5 x 7.9 x 3.5 inches and weighs about 254 grams. It has 1.2m approx cable length and includes Touch sensor volume control and built-in microphone.

The Sony WH-XB900N features in ‘Quick Attention’ function, where a user touches right housing instantly decreases the volume, thus allowing one to hear ambient noise.

This wireless headphone from Sony offers digital noise cancellation. It has support for Google Voice Assistant and Alexa as well. It uses Bluetooth V4.2 to connect with Smartphones, Tablets, PC’s etc. and supports NFC as well.

The Sony WH-XB900N battery is claimed to offer about 30 hours of play time on full charge. Quick charge is also support, which offers 60 minutes of playback time with just 10 minutes of charging. The headphones come with USB Type-C for quick-charging.

Other specs of Sony WH-XB900N include 40mm driver unit with impedance of 50ohms and frequency response of 3Hz – 20,000Hz. It also includes a dedicated bass duct for ‘EXTRA BASS’ and offers precise, punchy rhythms.

The Sony WH-XB900N price is Rs. 16,990 and comes in Black and Blue color options. It will be available at Sony retailers and e-commerce websites from July 16th (today).
