Sony WI-1000XM2 wireless noise-cancelling in-ear earphones announced

Sony has officially announced WI-1000XM 2neckband styled noise-cancelling in-ear earphones. It is most advanced wireless neckband earphone which featuers in Sony’s HD noise cancelling processor QN1.

It has 9mm dynamic driver unit with 22Ohms impedance and frequency response of 3Hz – 40,000Hz. The earphones are light weight at just 58 grams and includes noise-cancellign switch. It has Bluetooth V5.0 for seamless audio and connectivity.

The Sony WI-1000XM2 make use of dual noise sensor technology to capture ambient sounds from the surrounding. There is a 32-bit Audio Signal processing, DAC and Amplifer built-in. It has 101db / mW sensitivity.

The battery inside is claimed to offer up to 10 hours of playback. It fully charges up in about 3.5 hours. The neckband earphones also supoprts voice-assistant and comes with biult-in microphone and in-line controls. Sense Engine is an added bonus.

The Sony WI-1000XM2 price is £300(approx. Rs. 26,570 approx.) and will be available from January 2020 in the UK.
