Sony Xperia L2 with 4G VoLTE, 3GB RAM announced

Sony is at a launching spree at CES where it has announced several smartphones. Of the lot is a new L Series smartphone called Xperia L2.
It comes in single and dual SIM options and supports 4G VoLTE. Unlike its XA2 series, this one runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS. There is a fingerprint sensor at the back.
It has dimensions of 150 x 78 x 9.8 and weighs 178 grams.  The Sony Xperia L2 specifications include 5.5-inch screen with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. It has Image Enhance technology, Corning Gorilla Glass protection and supports multi-touch.
Internal hardware makes up of 1.5Ghz quad-core MediaTek MT6737T processor with Mali-T720 GPU. It has 3GB RAM, 32GB ROM and allows further expansion up to 256GB using MicroSD card.

The Xperia L2 features in 8MP front camera for selfies. It has F/2.4 Aperture, 1/4-inch Sensor size and 120-degree wide angle lens. A the back is 13MP main camera with LED flash, Auto Focus, 1/3.06-inch sensor size and F/2.0 Aperture.
The hardware is powered by 3300 mAh battery and also supports Qnovo Adaptive Charging. Connectivity wise, it supports Wi-fi 802.11 b/g/n, USB Type-C, NFC, GPS, Bluetooth V4.2, FM Radio and 3.5mm Audio jack etc.
The Sony Xperia L2 comes in Black, Gold and Pink colors and will start rolling out from late January 2018. Pricing details were not revealed.
