Sony Xperia XA and X Performance now available in US

Sony has finally launched its Xperia XA and Xperia X Performance smartphones in US. Both the smartphones are already available online at several retailers including Amazon, Regan Wireless and Best Buy.
The Xperia XA is priced at $279.99 and comes with free 64GB  memory card. The Xperia X Performance is priced higher at $699 respectively. Both the smartphones are unlocked and works with GSM/LTE carries like AT&T, T-Mobile, Straight Talk, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless etc.

The Sony Xperia XA sports 5-inch 720p display at 294ppi pixel density and is powered by 2GHz octa core MediaTek MT6755 Helio P10 SoC. It has 2GB RAM, 16GB storage ROM and microSD Card for further expansion up to 256GB. It has 13MP main camera with 1/3″ sensor, LED Flash, PDAF and 1080p video recording. On the front is 8MP secondary snapper with 1/4″ sensor size and auto focus capabilities. The hardware is backed by 2300 mAh Li-Ion battery.
The Sony Xperia X performance has 5-Inch IPS LCD display with 1080p resolution. It has scratch resistant glass and oleophobic coating. The phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 MSM8996 processor, Adreno 530 GPU and sports 3GB RAM, 32GB Storage ROM. MicroSD card slot for further expansion is also present. The phone houses 23MP main camera with F/2.0 aperture, 24mm lens, PDAF, LED Flash, 1/2.3″sensor size, and records 4k / 1080p videos. On the front is a powerful 13MP main camera with F/2.0 Aperture, 22mm, 1/3″ sensor size and 1080p support. It has 2700 mAh Li-ion non removable battery inside.
